Although the Marathon Coalition™ training program takes runners of all abilities to the starting line, we customize the program to meet each individual’s needs and goals. We educate our runners on core principles, such as efficient form, pacing, nutrition and hydration, workout recovery, injury prevention, cross-training, sport psychology, and proper gear (e.g., shoe and apparel) selection. We meet every Saturday morning in Newton Center at mile 20 of the Marathon course. Our runners build the knowledge, endurance and confidence that results in nearly 100% of runners crossing the finish line
